This book really made me aware that stretches I thought were ok can actually be dangerous. A simple one of sitting on the floor and reaching over to touch my toes was enough to cause me bad lower back pain throughout the day. This book remedied that in just a few days.
I recommend that anybody doing stretches should take a look at this book. The book is well written with good diagrams. I learnt from it very easily.
